I scheduled an appointment through the online chat agent, but when I arrived at Colonial Volkswagen, there was no appointment scheduled. The lady at the service desk felt sorry for me and, despite having a booked schedule for the day, the technician squeezed me in and fixed my problem. I was thrilled with this level of dedication to me, the customer, and knowing that I didn't have to schedule another appointment.
