I only got this lease about 40 days ago and already something was wrong with it and I needed to bring it in for service. Also, whatever the problem was, prevented the remote start from working too and it was really cold for the 10 days away appointment that they could give me. ( previous dealer I leased from for 10 years would always get you in within 2 days it you had a problem). Lastly, your service hours don't start until 815a. I have to be in work at 8am. If you really want to be customer friendly, your service hours would start before 8am so your customers don't have the inconvenience of being late for work when their VW has issues. It's adding insult to injury.
