It was easy to schedule an appointment, and was able to get it at the time we wanted. The work was done quickly. A replacement part had to be ordered, it arrived sooner than expected, and the repair was finished quickly.

When I called to confirm my appt the day before, the service manager was very sarcastic on the phone when I asked him how much the total was for my oil change the next day. When I asked Them If they topped off the fluids, they said no problem but when I checked them they were below the appropriate level. Also a few weeks before this, when calling in to find out if they had a gas door for my Vw, they confirmed yes they have it in stock. When I went to pick it Up that day, they said sorry for The confusion no we don’t have that part. Very disappointed with all of the negative interactions I have had here this past year.

Mr. Bryson and Ms. Shantell Freeman were most helpful and and most empathetic to our disappointment with the failing paint finish on our Beetle. Even Mr. Bryson, the service manager at Colonial, felt VW of America would probably correct the issue.
