I don’t think the dealership has been instructed how to service the ID Buzz sufficiently. I don’t think it’s their fault either. I was going just to get a recall service which wasn’t supposed to take more than a few hours. They had my car from Tuesday morning until late Friday afternoon.

Frank is amazing. I came out of my job after working 12 hours in the emergency department to a flat tire, and had work the next day at noon. I called in the morning and frank got me right in and made sure I had a tire on my car in time for me to go to work. I can’t say enough good things about him.
