Volkswagen is rolling out its offerings for 2018, and we’re getting glimpses of exciting new models and redesigns. Learn more about the changes and new additions that you can expect from the 2018 Volkswagen lineup.

Atlas

The all-new 2018 Atlas is Volkswagen’s entry into the full-size SUV market. The three rows comfortably fit up to seven people, yet the interior is versatile enough to help you haul large items as well. Fold down the second and third-row seats and you’ll get an amazing 96.8 cubic feet of cargo space. Plus, with a simple pull and push, the second-row seats move forward to offer easy access to the back, even if you have a child safety seat in the second row.

Golf GTI

If you love a sporty drive, you’ll appreciate the new features offered on the 2018 Golf GTI. This fun hatchback sees a boost in power and performance with a new 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that offers up 220 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. When you need to bring that power to a stop quickly, the SE and Autobahn trims now come with Volkswagen’s performance brakes. There’s also a sharp new standard 6.5-inch and available 8-inch color touch-screen display for the infotainment system.

Tiguan

While the Volkswagen Tiguan competes in the compact crossover SUV market, 2018 sees a little growth spurt for the vehicle. The Tiguan is now one of the largest vehicles in its segment, coming in at 185 inches. That’s 11 inches longer than last year’s model. All that space means plenty of seating room in the Tiguan. The front-wheel drive models come with a standard third-row seat and the all-wheel drive models have this as an optional feature. Even with this extra space, you’ll still enjoy a smooth drive with the new 2.0-liter turbo four-cylinder engine that generates 184 horsepower.

Passat

Last year, the Passat enjoyed an almost total-body refresh that you can still enjoy with the 2018 model. This includes new front fenders, grille, hood, trunk lid, and bumpers. Inside the Passat got an updated steering wheel, column stalk, and instrument panel. There was also a new infotainment system that’s compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Finally, there were some new available options, including a foot-operated trunk opener, LED headlights and taillights, and heated rear seats.

Touareg

Choose the 2018 Touareg and you’ll get to enjoy some of the updates from last year. This includes a minor redesign on the outside and impressive additions on the inside. For safety, park assist now comes standard on all trim levels. Additionally, you’ll enjoy luxurious standard features on all trim levels that include heated front seats, dual-zone climate control, heated windshield washer nozzles, a cooling glove box, heated side mirrors with integrated flood lighting, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and LED daytime running lights and taillights.
